Meet katie

Katie opened Seeking Symmetry in 2023 after 7 years of serving the greater Seattle area as an LMT specializing in treatment-focused and deep tissue massage. In 2022 Katie earned a masters degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. She is certified in intraoral massage and is trained in a variety of IASTM techniques including cupping and Graston Technique. Katie takes great joy in helping her clients to improve their quality of life by eliminating chronic pain and decreasing tension while increasing body awareness and overall musculoskeletal balance.
